Flokalundur is a small, family-run summer-hotel, located in Vatnsfjordur,
on the south coast of the West fjords, Iceland. The hotel is located
nearby some of Iceland’s most beautiful natural sites, such as
Latrabjarg, Raudasandur, the waterfall Dynjandi and the island Flatey.
It is within easy distance from towns and villages of the West fjords,
f.ex. Isafjordur (116 km north), Patreksfjordur (61 km west), Talknafjordur
(62 km west), Bildudalur (45 km west), Holmavik (150 km east) and Budardalur
(187 km south). Furthermore, it is only 6 km from Brjanslaekur, where
the ferry Baldur stops. |

rooms, which we have recently re-decorated. Nice living-room with
TV. We offer a relaxed atmosphere and a good service. We have just
recently opened a new restaurant which we call Gaukshreiðrið.
