Hótel Framtíð is located by the harbor and it is great view from the hotel over the harbor. Many small fishing-boats are in Djúpavogur and therefore it is always something going on at the marina.
The hotel has 34 rooms. The new wing of guest rooms is made up of 18 well-designed 17m2 rooms with bath, telephone and television. We also have 16 rooms with washbasin.
There are also facilities for sleeping bag accommodation. Showers and sauna in the hotel basement.
The hotel offer three restaurants. The new restaurant has seating space for 250 persons. The old restaurant seats 40 persons and at the hotel bar, in the basement, there are facilities for 50 persons. During the summer season the menu is extensive and special emphasis is placed on seafood made of fresh material purchased at the quayside from local fishermen.
