A Week in Iceland
A week in Iceland full tour itinerary based in Reykjavik.
Day 1.
The group will make their own way to the departure Airport. and Check-in for your flight.
Please check your flight details carefully. If there are any discrepancies please inform us so we can
avoid any problems at the airport. Most airlines now supply e-tickets, which are receipts to exchange
for your boarding pass at check-in. We recommend a check-in time of 3 hours.
Hand Baggage Restrictions -
All passengers are asked to comply with hand baggage restrictions to prevent delays at airport
security points. To help scanners detect liquids you must show all liquids at security checkpoints for
examination. Liquid contents with no greater capacity than 100ml must be brought to the airport in
a single transparent re-sealable plastic bag, which itself must not exceed 1 litre in capacity.
Remember that liquids include:
All drinks, including water, soup, and syrups
Creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara etc
Sprays and pressurised containers including shaving foam and spray deodorants
Pastes, including tooth paste
Gels, including hair and shower gel
Any other solutions and items of a similar consistency
Essential medicines may be permitted in larger quantities above the 100ml limit, but will be subject
to authentication that is already currenty required.
Many UK airports have introduced new security procedures. As a result there are, on occasion,
some delays experienced by all those going through passport control. Our recommendation is that
once you have all checked in for your flights you go directly to passport control. We also
recommend that you make your way to the gate (as shown on your boarding pass) as soon as the
number is shown on the airport screens.
On arrival at Keflavik airport, please collect your bags and make your way outside to the coach
parking where your transfer will be waiting for you.

stark, moon-like surroundings. Near the lake's southern end lies Krisuvik with powerful jets of
