Whale watching is one of the most popular spring and summer activities in Iceland.  The clean Icelandic waters provide the perfect place to see the creatures in their natural surroundings.

This package includes flights, accommodation and a half day whale watching tour with local  Reykjavik specialists Elding scheduled for the day after your arrival.  You will be picked up from your hotel and then set sail from the old harbour in Reykjavik to Faxafloi Bay, a beautiful body of water with great views of Mount Esja on a clear day.  Whale sightings are nearly guaranteed with Minke and Humpback whales the two most typical whales spotted.  Each tour is different and that is part of the adventure.  

Although the whales are the number one stars on the trip, Puffins and Guillemots are often spotted, offering great photo opportunities.
