What you'll do

Day 1: Fly to Iceland & Northern Lights Hunt

Fly to Iceland from your departure airport and land at Keflavik International. Head into Reykjavik and check in at Stay Apartments Einholt. Settle in, pick up some groceries and take a stroll along Laugavegur. In the evening, join your Northern Lights Bus Tour and head out of the city lights in search of the Aurora Borealis.

Day 2: The Golden Circle

Today you’ll join the Classic Golden Circle tour, Iceland’s most famous day trip. Visit Thingvellir National Park, where you can stand in the rift valley between two tectonic plates. See the Geysir geothermal area, where Strokkur erupts every few minutes, and the thundering Gullfoss waterfall. Head back to Reykjavik in the evening and cook up dinner in your apartment, or try one of the city’s cheap and cheerful eateries.

Day 3: Sky Lagoon

Spend a relaxed morning exploring Reykjavik at your own pace. Climb the tower of Hallgrimskirkja church, wander the old harbour or browse the shops on Laugavegur. Later, unwind at Sky Lagoon with the Saman Classic Package. Soak in the oceanside infinity pool with views over the North Atlantic.

Day 4: Departure Day

Check out of your apartment and transfer back to Keflavik Airport for your return flight.
